They gave us a date and completely stripped and res-hingled the roof in under one day. Most importantly, the tenants are thrilled as well. My wife and I were so impressed, that we immediately hired them for some work on our other properties as well.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB PLAIN AND SIMPLE

This is the way it’s supposed to be when you hire a contractor. They showed up the day I called and gave us a great price on new vinyl siding for the 1st floor level of our home. They said it would take about a week. We gave them a 25% and they showed up on the appointed date and finished the job in just four days. It looks great and they came on the next business day with a dumpster to tidy up the yard. Great company.

I called Gemini Home Improvement to put a second roof on the back of my house. The second roof on the front was installed by another company that did not do good work. I stopped the job, paid them, and got rid of them.I am so thankful I found Pedro and Gemini because he came out, offered me a reasonable price, and matched the shingles exactly. There was absolutely no hassles or problems. The crew showed up, did really excellent work, and finished up quickly. They also cleaned up afterwards. The crew worked super hard through the summer’s high heat and humidity.Pedro stopped by each day to check on the work. He is a legitimate, responsible business owner. I often mention on my Yelp reviews that we should do business with local companies as much as possible.  Gemini Home Improvement is an asset to our area.

Ralph and Pedro and the crew were the only contractors we contacted who seemed to care more about repairing our leak and fixing our roof properly than they did about how much the insurance would pay. They arrived at dawn and worked until dark to stabilize our repair before the next storm. They kept us informed at all points and cleaned up EVERYTHING at the end. Excellent job.

THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (RALPH) SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GAVE ME A QUOTE IMMEDIATLEY. I HAD 3 QUOTES THAT WHERE VERY SIMILAIR BUT RALPH’S PROFFESIONALISM WON MY BUSSINESS. HE TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE 2 DAYS AND IT ONLY TOOK ONE!! WHEN ADDED TO THE PROJECT ( A CRICKET FOR THE CHIMNEY AND EXHAUST VENTS TO BE CUT INTO THE ROOF) HE WAS VERY ACCOMADATING AND DIDN’T CHARGE ME EXTRA. I AM GRATEFUL FOR THE JOB HIS CREW DID.

I was pretty upset to pull off my decking and find rot on my rim joist. The is a positive here though. It led me to find Gemini. Honestly, now that I have a trusted contractor who does phenomenal work that I can call in the future made it all worth it. They showed up on time, gave me an estimate so quickly after meeting, and got all the work done ahead of schedule. Thank you, Pedro and Ralph, you’re the best.

Ralph is great to work with, and the estimate came in under several other quotes. They showed up on time and were courteous. The quality of work seems to be great (we’ve had high winds and a rainstorm since the installation and everything seems to be ok so far), and the team was responsive when we identified a couple of issues that needed to be addressed after completion (flashing needed to be installed around dormers, and the initial cleanup wasn’t adequate). Overall, I would definitely recommend working with Gemini.

I cant rate the work yet as its a job in progress to start in early spring.
